Where do I pick up my bicycle?

Bikes can be picked up at 241 W McMillan St at Campus Cyclery. The store is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM; Tuesday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM; Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Can I pick up a bike on a Sunday?

Yes, arrangements can be made for Sunday pickup and dropoff, but must be made 7 days in advance.

If I'm staying a hotel, can I arrange for delivery of my bicycle?

Yes, but arrangements need to be made in advance, and there will be an extra charge (minimum $15) for delivery.

Do you provide helmets?

Yes, in fact, it is mandatory that you use a helmet while riding our bicycles.
